SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed before 2 PM CDT will ship the same day.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed after 2 PM Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Please allow 3-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail to deliver your parcel.
Tracking Information:
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Military & APO Orders:
All APO and Military Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please be patient, as these orders can take up to 4 weeks to reach their overseas destinations.
RETURN POLICY
Purchased items may be returned ONLY IF:
Items are 100% UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED, and still in their original factory packaging with all seals intact.
Return Window:
NO RETURNS (wholesale or retail) are permitted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
All returns require a prior RMA number, which must be obtained within 3 days of receiving your order.
To request an RMA number, please email us at info@aurevialabs.com
Example: If you received your order on Monday the 1st, you must request your RMA by Wednesday the 3rd.
Refund Information:
All returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a 90% restocking fee (per product). The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We recommend insuring the return package for the full dollar amount to protect against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
You must contact us first to obtain your RMA Number before returning any purchased items. Once we receive the items, they will be inspected, and returns will only be accepted if they are in brand new and unused condition.
Important:
NO RETURNS are accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CITY AND STATE REGULATIONS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ITEMS OVER THE PHONE, VIA EMAIL, ETC. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PURCHASES MADE THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED IN YOUR STATE. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL EVER BE GIVEN.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please contact us immediately at info@aurevialabs.com if you realize you’ve provided the wrong shipping address. Once a shipment is endorsed for shipping, we cannot correct or stop it.
Important:
We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. We only follow the details provided on the order form.
USPS DELIVERED:
If your package shows "Delivered" with the correct tracking number but you do not have it, you must file a complaint with your local USPS Post Office. We are not responsible for stolen or missing orders.
